I can’t even start to number all of the outstanding health benefits of raw butter.
One quality I love about raw butter is its a scared food for woman that want to reproduce and produce healthy babies generation after generation.
The most important thing is to prepare your body now and plan ahead with nutrient dense foods.
Dr. Weston A. Price researched the diets of tradition cultures all over the world and found children born with well formed faces, naturally straight teeth, and strong bones, the woman had no difficulty with reproduction and ease with childbirth, and were free from disease.
The main thing in common is these people is lived mainly on animal fats and refrained from refined foods and processed foods.
He watched these cultures eat a proper diet for reproduction including raw butter, egg yolk, liver, and cod liver oil. This is not only for your children but generation after generation.

A deep orange butter was a sacred food given as a wedding gift to a newly married couple for fertility amongst traditional people. Actually the way I read it was tubs and tubs of butter were given as a gift.
You will want to eat raw butter that comes from cows grazing on rapidly growing green grass and do not eat dairy from the grocery store. This is important to ensure it has the highest quality of the vitamin A, vitamin D, and vitamin k2.
Vitamin A produced exclusively in animal fats like butter, liver, and cod liver oil are essential for hormone production, bone growth, and brain structure in healthy babies.
Vitamin k2 is found mainly in animal fats like butter and is crucial for normal reproductive health and fights tooth decay.
A present day study done by Harvard School of public health of over 18,000 woman and there was an increase in fertility when the woman drank full fat raw milk, butter, and cream but fertility went way down and conception was difficult when they drank low-fat skim milk products.
American Folk Wisdom saw that children that were raised on butter were thriving and sturdy but sadly children who drank skim milk during their important growing years were pale, thin, and had narrowed faces.

Raw Honey? Is it really Raw? Most honey bought and eaten today is heavily processed. Since, it is chemically refined and heated, many healthy benefits have been greatly reduced and are no longer in there. “The main thing to remember when it comes to honey is that not all honey is created equal. The antibacterial activity in some honeys is 100 times more powerful than in others! Processed, refined honey is NOT appropriate for use in wound care. In fact, your average domestic “Grade A” type honey found in the grocery store will likely increase infection. It also will not offer you the same health benefits as raw honey when consumed.” Dr. Mercola Raw honey is unprocessed and unheated, keeping it alive with nutritious and essential enzymes our bodies need. The health and healing benefits of truly raw honey outweigh and other sweetener on the market. And It taste amazing! Health Benefits- Raw unheated honey is also anti-bacterial, anti-microbial, anti-septic, filled with enzymes, vitamin, and minerals. Now how do I know if it’s really raw?
There are no strict legal regulations on the labeling “Raw” honey. It’s possible they can label honey as unprocessed (which they are claiming as raw) but it’s still slightly warmed and filtered to stop the natural process of crystallization and keep it pretty for the shelf in store. It can still be “unprocessed” and they can water it down and add sucrose and other sweeteners to it... So does the word ‘Raw” have any meaning? Only if you trust your bee keeper. I don’t want to consume honey that has been slightly heated and possibly has sweeteners added. I want it to be healing to my body. Be Careful of labels. They got clever when they started using the words “Pure” or “Natural” or “real” honey. I don’t trust those words either. Pure honey can be pasteurized, heated, strained, filtered, watered down... Try to buy raw local honey directly from a trusted bee keeper. Ask questions when buying your honey at the farmers market.
So how do you know? What brand do you trust?
Ask questions. Ask raw food friends and companies what brands they trust. Find a local bee keeper and visit their farm. Buy from your local co-op or natural health food store. Yes you may spend a little more. Aren’t you worth it? Honey has been used as medicine in some countries and it’s fit for kings. I’m telling you, you are worth it. Treat yourself like a king and queen and buy and enjoy truly raw unheated honey. Your body, mind, and taste buds will thank you. Also remember bees produce the following.. I love them all! -bee pollen -honey -propolis -beeswax -royal jelly -bee venom(medicinal) Please support bee keepers and bees. Don’t kill them. They pollinate trees and crops and sustain life on this earth. We need the bees or we would not be able to feed ourselves. Bees sustain life. " Truly Raw honey is the only unprocessed sweetener we have that comes straight from nature without any alteration. Any honey heated above 95 degrees starts to loose enzymes. As the word Raw is much abused with honey look for honeys that say "Cold Packed" or "Unheated" rather than raw. 1. I drink lemon water in the morning.
Then I move onto drinking raw goat kefir which keeps me regular(constipation has always been a battle), builds my immune system, and gives me beneficial bacteria to keep my gut in check! I make the kefir at home from grains and raw amish goats milk. If you're close to me I can get you some. It's healed my one girlfriends stomach issues.
2. 10 push ups every morning and when I think of it during the day I drop down and do 10 more. Anywhere any time ;)
3. I use coconut oil as lotion after every shower. I moved it to a smaller flatter jar for easy application. It smells so good, is antibacterial(naturally), and keeps my skin soft.
6. I try my best to only eat organic food since pesticide and synthetic fertilizers are poisonous and kill living things.
7. I have to rest my mind. Breathe and get at least 10 minutes of sunshine on 70% of my body daily.
8. I'm always prepared when I leave the house with fresh juice or tonic in a mason jar or fruit in a small cooler. I know I will get hungry and want something with me.
9. I take the stairs when ever possible and go out of my way to find the stairs.
10. I'm very conscious of what organ my cell phone is resting on when in my purse or pocket. My new goal is to turn off the radiation at night while sleeping.
11. I take my Turmeric Elixir daily. Turmeric is nature anti inflammatory and we all know the root of all evil starts with inflammation in our bodies. Not to mention the raw honey is anti microbial and antibacterial to keep those bad little microbes out of my body. I also put the Turmeric Elixir on a cut on my arm the other day and it healed it. Turmeric has antiseptic properties.
12. If I go to the nail salon to get a pedicure I always bring my own formaldehyde free nail polish and coconut oil with me for the massage they give.
Oh the list could go on :)

Pumpkin seeds have tryptophan in them which is one of the essential amino acids and plays a major role in your nervous system messengers helping you sleep, relax, and rest. Tryptophan is also used by the brain to make serotonin, the substance that makes you feel happy and calm.
What can eating tryptophan foods do for me?

I like to eat seed butters instead of nut butters. They digest easier in my system and leave me with more energy!
Make sure you soak your seeds to release the enzyme inhibitors making digestion easier and mineral absorption better.
Soak for 6-8 hours in filtered water and rinse
RECIPE-
1 cup of raw soaked pumpkin seeds
1 or 2 tablespoons virgin cold pressed coconut oil
1 tablespoon raw honey
blend in vitamix or food processor

The FILLING is-
2 cups turmeric coconut cream
2 ripe bananas
1 teaspoon vanilla bean powder
juice of one lemon
1 Tablespoon raw honey
pinch of salt
the CRUST-
2 cups raw walnuts
1 cup coconut flakes
2 Tablespoon virgin coconut oil
2 Tablespoon raw honey
pinch of salt
Blend the crust ingredients in a vita mix or high speed blender. Then push mixture into a spring form pan and make even. Next blend filling ingredients and pour into the pan over the crust. Freeze for 2-3 hours and sprinkle with coconut shreds. Eat ;)
This is truly the best option to treat your sweet tooth! think raw and remember we are not here to live up to anyone's expectations and they are not here to live up to ours..
Here's how I applied this mantra last night...
God wants me on this planet a little longer....
Last night I got into a car accident and it shook me up but it was a warning to me and hopefully it creates an awareness among you, my friends, and loved ones. This raw truth comes to you straight from my heart. You will only get the truth from me.
It was dark out, speeding cars, fast traffic on the 405 and I foolishly thought I could text.. Yes, this accident happened due to me texting and driving. I think I'm an above average driver and thought I could do it. No one can.
I was going about 70 and lost complete control of the car. I swerved from left to right then back left, I couldn't get control back, it was happening so fast and next thing I know I'm spinning across a 5 lane highway from 70 miles per hour and ended up hitting a side clay hill off highway. During the spinning in slow motion, I thought I'm going to die, something really bad is happening that will change everything. I was so scared!
I feel it's a miracle that I spun in 3 circles across a 5 lane highway in heavy traffic and no one hit me. I opened the door, half way and squeezed out(I was jammed in the mud hill), and walked away with no injuries. My job is not done here on earth.
I'm sharing this to help make you aware to not text and drive. I have heard it a million times, I know it's wrong and I still did it. It's so dangerous and I will do whatever it takes not to text and drive. Life is way to valuable.
I will leave my purse in the trunk and please do the same! This is very serious and please don't let it take an almost tragedy to stop texting and driving. It's not worth it!!
When I was standing on the side of the road while the tow truck got my car out, I was so thankful for my legs and to be standing there. I was thankful for each breath I was taking. I never want to take my health and life for granite. It's a gift to have legs to ride my bike into the sunset. A gift I should cherish and not do foolish things that can take that away.
Please PLEASE please don't text and drive. I won't!

I was driving in the car today and looked up into the mirror and whoa I have dark circles…
Now I’ve been getting enough sleep, juicing, smoothies, and eating really really healthy. So what could I be deficient in? Of course I had to do some research and found maybe I’m low in Iron, according to Chinese medicine my Kidney’s may be unbalanced, maybe too much sodium in diet, and possibly lacking vitamin c, possible dehydration, or lack of sleep.
I found the highest amounts of iron are in watercress and parsley. Spinach does have iron too, but also contains oxalic acid, which can prevent some minerals from being utilized by the body. Remember mix up the kinds of greens you consume!
High Iron Kidney Balancing Salad!

1 bunch Watercress-known to help treat anemia
1 bunch Parsley- very high in iron
1/4 cup raisins-iron
1 fennel bulb-keeps kidneys healthy
1 teaspoon clove- Kidney balancing
1/4 cup pistachios-Kidney balancing
1 carton organic raspberries-antioxidant, high in vitamin c
1 tablespoon cold pressed olive oil
juice of 1 Meyer lemon
dash of sea salt
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
This salad is so tasty! I love it!
Enzymes- Are complex proteins that catalyze(or speed up) chemical reactions(human function) in the cells of EVERY thing living! Whether plant or animal, enzymes exist in ALL living things and take part in all actions to maintain life. We need enzymes to exist!
Basically we have thousands of different types of enzymes in our body. Some are digestive enzymes found in the food we eat that help break food down into tiny pieces so we can digest it. Metabolic enzymes help brain function, build blood, repair tissues, supply energy, and purge the waste. Enzymes are our friend.
Now we know that wherever there is life present you will find enzymes. I like think of enzymes as little workers in our bodies getting stuff done to keep us beautiful and thriving. We can’t build or repair the house with just supplies we NEED the workers! Do you have enough workers?
We are born with the gift of producing a great amount of enzymes and started on this planet with a large amount. Our bank account was full but as time goes on our bodies slow down enzyme production. Just a fact of life. When we eat cooked food on the Standard American Diet we use up enzymes in digesting and we don’t replace them. Over time we keep making withdrawals to digest and we become broke and tired. Now what? We think this is a slowing a metabolism, but what do you expect when you are running low on workers? Your body slows down… Try feeding your body live foods and watch your metabolism increase and your body start feeling and looking younger.
Luckily we can replenish our account and hold our house up with a supply of enzymes in raw plant food. Let’s make deposits instead of withdrawals. Now, how do we do that? By eating more raw foods! Enzymes in food are heat sensitive and get destroyed completely when heated at temperatures above 105 degrees. When you eat uncooked plant food you are taking in large amounts of enzymes. Fill your account at every meal and make sure to at least keep your meals 50% raw. We are alive and so is raw plant food. Cooked food is dead and void of all life. How can dead food sustain us with a vibrant life? Remember enzymes are really important and found in all living things. Eat them tonight!
So moral of the story is that I want to thrive not just survive. Sure we can all survive on cooked food for awhile… But during that survival why not thrive and keep it going until our sunset years. Invest now in your future. It’s never to late to start anything. It just feels good to feel good. By eating more raw plant foods you will have more energy, glowing skin, an abundance of enzymes, clear thinking, and a sunny outlook on life. Think raw. Think green.
